GKLQuartz Company Profile

GKLQuartz is the quartz glass manufacturing brand of our company, founded in 2002 and based in Lianyungang, Jiangsu Province, China. Lianyungang is a recognized center of China's quartz industry, with mature supply chains for high-purity quartz raw materials and skilled quartz fabrication workforce.

Business Scope

We process and fabricate fused quartz glass into standard and custom components for industrial and scientific customers:

  • Hot forming: tube working, bending, flanging, sealing and fire polishing of quartz glass.
  • Cold machining: cutting, grinding, drilling, slotting and polishing of quartz plates, rods and blocks.
  • Custom fabrication: OEM quartz components produced to customer drawings and specifications.

Who We Serve

Our products are used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, solar photovoltaic production lines, laboratories, chemical processing plants, optical systems, lighting and industrial heating equipment. We supply both manufacturers (OEM) and end users, and we work with international distributors.

Quality Approach

Every batch is dimensionally inspected before packing, and certificates of compliance are available on request. Detailed inspection equipment and process documentation can be provided to qualified buyers — contact us for the current quality documentation package.

Export Experience

We are experienced in export packing for fragile quartz products and ship from nearby ports to customers in North America, Europe, Asia and Oceania.
