How to Submit Your RFQ
Email your drawing or specification to gklquartz@outlook.com, or use the inquiry form on our contact page. Accepted drawing formats: PDF, DWG, DXF, STEP; specifications in PDF or Excel.
RFQ Checklist
For the fastest, most accurate quotation, include:
- Name / Company / Country / Email
- Product type: tube, rod, plate, boat, crucible, window, sight glass or custom part
- Material grade if known (JGS1 / JGS2 / JGS3) — or your application and we will select
- Dimensions: outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, length
- Tolerances for critical dimensions
- Quantity — prototypes and production volumes are both welcome
- Required delivery date
- Application / industry (semiconductor, solar, laboratory, chemical, optical, industrial)
- Additional requirements: surface finish, packaging, documentation, special inspection
What Happens Next
- 1. Our engineers review your drawing and confirm manufacturability (DFM feedback if needed).
- 2. You receive a quotation with price, lead time and material proposal.
- 3. On order confirmation, production is scheduled; custom parts start from your drawing.
- 4. Parts are inspected, packed for export and shipped with tracking and documentation.
