Most of what GKLQuartz ships is not a catalog item. It is a part that exists only as a drawing, a worn sample or a rough sketch — a wafer carrier with a non-standard slot pattern, a multi-port process tube, a machined quartz fixture, a one-off laboratory assembly. We turn those requirements into finished fused quartz parts.

What We Manufacture

• Machined components — drilled, slotted, grooved and profiled parts from plate and rod stock (CNC machining)
• Formed and welded assemblies — flanged tubes, manifolds, domes, multi-part weldments
• Combined hot + cold work — formed structures finished by machining and polishing
• Reverse engineering — replacement parts reproduced from worn samples

How the Process Works

• 1. You send the requirement — drawing (PDF/DWG/DXF/STEP), dimensions, or a sample
• 2. DFM review — our engineers check manufacturability and suggest cost-saving geometry changes
• 3. Quotation — price, lead time and material proposal (JGS1/JGS2/JGS3 as appropriate)
• 4. Prototype — single-piece prototypes welcome before volume commitment
• 5. Production — batch manufacturing with consistent process documentation
• 6. Inspection & shipping — dimensional checks, export packing, CoC on request

Yes — single-piece prototypes are a normal part of our workflow.

What drawing formats do you accept?
PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP; a dimensioned sketch is often enough for simple parts.

Can you copy a broken or worn part?
Yes — send the sample; we measure and reproduce it, often improving weak points.

Can you sign an NDA?
